Dirk Kuyt (European team)
Dirk Kuyt to be offered Galatasaray switch to save his Euro 2012 chances

Kuyt has proved to be one of Liverpool's most consistent performers since his £10 million arrival from Feyenoord in 2006, where his mixture of excellent work ethics and goalscoring nous has helped endear him to the Anfield faithful.
However, since Dalglish's summer reshuffle, in which the likes of Stuart Downing, Charlie Adam and Jordan Henderson were added to January buys Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez, Kuyt has found opportunities limited, and is worried about his situation with the European Championships approaching in the summer.
Kuyt is in line to play a key role in a strong Holland push, but with a lack of minutes at club level potentially harming his chances, Galatasaray are ready to offer regular playing time and significantly boost his £65,000-a-week wages.
That package would be attractive to the 31-year-old, but the sticking point is doing a deal with Liverpool, who would want a fee of around £15 million, for a player who only extended his contract last April.
Galatasaray would be willing to go up to the £10 million mark, and include further payments linked to their success in their Turkish Super Liga, which they current top ahead of Fenerbahce and Besiktas.

Great servant to the club but his recent performances and his age suggest we should cash in while possible. We should try and get Emre Colak in any deal.

Ive loved having Kuyt playing his best years at Liverpool. Fantastic servant to the club, has never gave anything less than 100% to LFC. Great player, only regret for him is never winning any silverwear here. Its probably the best thing to let him go now and bring new fresh blood in.

Reports in Holland suggest Feyenoord are in early discussions with the agent of Dirk Kuyt over a potential return to the Dutch side.

Kuyt rules out Feyenoord return.
Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has ruled out a return to Feyenoord in the immediate future because he feels it would be a step back in his career.

Kuyt, 31, is almost certain to leave Anfield this summer after struggling to hold down a first-team place under manager Kenny Dalglish.
Last month, the Holland international was seen having talks with Feyenoord technical director Martin van Geel, sparking reports he would sign for the Rotterdam club. However, although the player admits he considered a move back to his former club, he believes he still has much to offer a top European side.
''The fact I held talks with Feyenoord indicates I wanted to give it a serious chance,'' he told AD Sportwereld. ''But in many ways the gap is too great at this moment in time.
''If I returned to Holland, I would have to take an 80% cut in my Liverpool wages. If you are 35 or 36, you know your career is almost done. But I'm only 31 and in the prime of my life. I still have two or three years left at the top.
''I still have the ambition and fitness to play at the highest level, a club in a major competition or a big club with European ambitions.''

Re: Dirk Kuyt (European team)
Atleast Kuyt is honest!
He will probably move to France or Germany.
